A shaped scarf worked in Sports/DK OR Sock weight yarn which curves around your shoulders.

A large needle is used to give lots of drape to the scarf. Begin with the lace and end with some comforting stockinette stitch.

HI,
At the very beginning you cast on 16 sts, then work 20 sets of 15 sts and at the end cast on 16 sts.
16 + [20 x 15]is 300 + 16 = 332 sts.

Try that and see how you get on.

In the Foundation Row you slip the first stitch and then decrease 2 sts in every section ( one decrease at the beginning and one decrease at the end of each section), 22 sections x 2 is a decrease of 44 sts. 332 - 44 = 288 sts

I think once you get the cast on set up you should be fine.

Is there errata on this pattern? Casting on with sock weight yarn and the stitch count listed on pattern is incorrect. Can't get a total of 332 or then 288 with the specified sets of 15 and then decrease to 13 stitches respectively. Please advise....
