Like the branching of a lazy river, the stitches of this cowl split and merge, flowing from one edge to the other. This cowl is fully reversible, though the twisted stitches only show on one side. Because the entire cowl is ribbed, it is so stretchy that if one or two repeats are added to the circumference, it could also be worn as a capelet.
Cowl is worked in the round. Large needles and two strands of fingering weight yarn held together make this project a quick knit.
Stream is a co-ordinating fingerless mitt pattern and
Confluence offers both mitt and cowl patterns together.
