for Kollage Yarns 2011
3664 Baby Tabitha (ages 2 - 8)
Another perfect marriage of yarn, designer, and project-- though this happens suspiciously often with Rosner. The belled skirt on this enchanting jumper/tunic/tank is worked in the round, then divided at the armholes. Technically, since you join the shoulders with a 3-needle bind off, there's no sewing except attaching the buttons, and tacking down the underside of the buttonband to the bodice, but those don't really count. This recycled denim yarn demands machine washing and drying, and shrinks a little in length only; pattern accounts for this. Stitch patterns are charted only, not written out. The grownup Tabitha is available here.

Mistake in the Baby Tabitha pattern. Button holes aren't placed properly. They end before you get to the ribbing. Pattern should say: place a button hole every 6 rows ending with one in row 2 of ribbing.
