Sirdar

c.2009

8925 Waistcoat
WEB EXCLUSIVE

Profoundly easy and attractive; goes with almost anything; fast to make. This pattern's presence now is a special request from a customer, and we can see why. The armholes are deep and gently curved, and the print large and easy to read. The only mildly challenging part is the shawl collar, which has both short rows and increases within the rib partway through; but by then (it's almost the end, after all) you'll be ready for a bit more interest. No armhole finishing at all; they're left to roll naturally inward. Man's sweater, Sirdar 8923, is available here.
