RP18 Bev's Wedding Shawl

Can we be Bev, and have a shawl as magnificent as this one created for us, and named for our wedding? Not only is the body of the piece spectacular, but the border is wonderful in its own right. Very large charts (a full page each) help with the working of it (instructions not written out). Great attention is given to the knitting-on of the border, and the turning of corners; at the end, you graft the cast-on border stitches to those cast off; we don't count this as 'sewing'.
