624 A-Line Cardigan

"This top down cardigan was first published in our book, Teens & Tweens for ages 8 to 18," explains Gemmell. "But so many Moms wanted one for themselves, that it's now been sized for women.

"Your perfect 'go-to' sweater! Short sleeves, mid-length or long sleeves-- it's your choice. The length of the sweater is offered as petite, average or tall, but if you're short and want a long length, go for it!"

It's a marvellous design, knit in one piece with no sewing at all. Such pieces are usually much simpler, but Gemmell (Cabin Fever in general) writes such a thorough and comprehensive pattern that you'll find yourself flying through it.
