To our publishers and customers

[June 16, 2019] The site has now stopped selling patterns.

[April 30, 2019] After almost 11 successful years in business, Patternfish will cease selling patterns on 16 June, 2019.

We will continue to make our customers' stashes accessible to them to the end of 30 June, 2019, in order to provide them with time to save their purchased patterns to their personal hard drives.

Thank you all so very much for your enthusiastic support over the years.  It has meant an enormous amount to us.

Michele Meadows

for Diamond Yarn   2010

1417 Henrietta
WEB EXCLUSIVE

This is very simple, but with a great flourish of a finale. You make the pieces separately (armholes are slightly indented once and sleeve tops are flat, for a modified drop shoulder or peasant sleeve), then block and assemble at the shoulders. The wide borders are a Box Lace pattern (abbreviated to a simple knit/purl pattern at the back of the neck and on the cuffs), picked up from the body of the piece (or sleeves) and knit out from there. "Wear with the collar popped, or turned down into a shawl, as desired," says Meadows.
