S014 Emerald Isle Lacy Scarf

"This scarf was inspired by Michigan's Beaver Island, which shares its nickname with that of Ireland: the Emerald Isle," says Sheridan. "With four leaf clovers in the body of the scarf and shamrocks all around, luck will surely be with you when you wear it! Knit in one piece with only a few grafted stitches, this pattern is easy to remember once you get started." Wonderfully, you basically work this in one piece-- the borders are worked as you go, and then you just tend to the mitres afterwards (they're grafted-- good instructions provided). Lace patterns are written out as well as charted.
