Potpourri Shawl

"A basic triangular shawl? Hardly," laughs Bylsma. "Anything and everything you ever wanted to try can be used for your own personal look. Yarn weights are not an issue. Use anything that captures your imagination and return to a basic yarn occasionally to give it some structure. Try a #15(10mm) needle if you like an even more open look. The fringe is created as you knit so don't worry about saving enough yarn for adding fringe later. Just enjoy playing with all the fibers and colors and get ready for the oohs and aahs!"
