Fusion Jacket

"A sock yarn and a DK wool worked together in an easy twisted stitch offer a myriad of color and design possibilities," says Bylsma. "The stitch pattern shows off the yarns well and is quite breathable and forgiving. The jacket knits up quickly on large needles, too. The only hard part is narrowing down your yarn choices. The secret to choosing the yarns is to first find a variegated and/or self-striping yarn, then add a solid color that is not actually in the striped yarn but complements it." You'll always knit from this. Set-in sleeves enhance the fit. Think of the Noro... the Regia Kaffe Fassett... the Kristin Nicholas Best Foot Forward from Nashua Handknits...
