Crayon Box Jacket

With each unquestionably one of a kind, this jacket is really a canvas on which to paint (knit) innumerable colour and texture combinations. Bylsma gives you the structure in solid detail, and simultaneously lets you play-- quite a trick, really-- and even provides separately-knitted sleeve gussets so the whole thing doesn't look clunky, but tailored and thought-out instead. If the design appeals, you can have faith in the pattern; it's one of her most popular, and exists in a small version for girls as well. The base yarns suggested are about a heavy worsted (12 ply) weight, knitting to about 16 sts to 4"/10cm. The yarns listed below are a few suggestions.
