9166 Cardigan

This amazingly popular style is usually seen in heavier weights of yarn, which is great for those who need warmer pieces, but deprives those who live in balmier climes. It's a lovely combination of cables and lace, full of grace and ease and variety with its two sleeve lengths. You begin all pieces as if working a raglan, but stop before you usually would-- join them-- and work the neckline all in one piece. Patterns are not charted, so it's a little wordy, but it should become apparent where things go fairly quickly.
