Warm Wrap Shawl

"A cosy garter stitch shawl to wrap yourself in for warmth," says Gallimore. "Quick to knit in a chunky yarn, the edges are elongated for wrapping. An I-cord finishes off the ends of the long edges for tying. Knit it in contrasting naturals as shown, or pick a couple of colours for some zing (how about burnt orange and warm red or one of my favourite combinations - teal blue and a sagey green). Yarn is the perennial favourite - LOPI - great yarn, great garment!" And indeed this yarn, one of the purest and most classic fibres in the world, adds authenticity to this timeless style.
