To our publishers and customers

[June 16, 2019] The site has now stopped selling patterns.

[April 30, 2019] After almost 11 successful years in business, Patternfish will cease selling patterns on 16 June, 2019.

We will continue to make our customers' stashes accessible to them to the end of 30 June, 2019, in order to provide them with time to save their purchased patterns to their personal hard drives.

Thank you all so very much for your enthusiastic support over the years.  It has meant an enormous amount to us.

Melissa Leapman

for Louet North America   c.2009

Men's 2 Color Cabled Pullover

Manly is right. This is as thick and chunky and hunky and comfy a sweater as he could possibly wish. In Leapman's capable hands, the shoulders are slightly shaped, but that's all; the armholes are indented once for a modified drop, and sleeve tops are flat so you don't go crazy trying to incorporate a shaped cap into the cables. There's a chart for the cable/fair isle pattern (it's not written out) and the instructions are clear and brief. This is a fun thing to do if you've never tried it, and the color combinations possible are to dream of.
