FW2003-2 Cabled & Ribbed Pullover
WEB EXCLUSIVE
Intensely sophisticated and poised, this is a detailed and involving piece that remains fairly easy to make. It establishes real rhythms in the making; fields of deep ribs followed by fields of repetitive cabling. This is the sort of cabled sweater a princess would wear. There's no real shaping to the garment (though the cuffs remain straight for most of the forearms)-- your body does it all.
Original yarn was 56% wool, 17% alpaca, 14% mohair, 13% nylon, 72 yards/66 metres to 40g, 16 sts to 4"/10cm on a 5.5mm/US9 needle.
