JNB-09-04 Naiad Stole (Crochet)

Benson: "The body of this elegant stole is comprised of a simple two-row repeat, while the individually created triangles of the edging keep your interest piqued. Naiad is versatile enough to wear as a scarf to the office, and as a stole for a night out." And it represents some of the best of what's possible with crochet, but hard to achieve in knitting-- that sense of droplets of lace suspended in air-- captured crystals in an atmosphere. This is an untraditional traditional piece, precious and feminine, embellished at each end with 18 5mm Swarovski bicones.
