65 7-28 Mittens (child s - adult l)

This pattern is for a family of basic mittens knitted at, yes, 7 sts to the inch or 28 sts over 10 centimeters. It is a great transitional weight for those in cold climates. (Excellent chopper liner.) It is a useful weight for those who only need hand coverings for moderate temps.

(And would this be a perfect way to use up bits of self-patterning sock yarn or what?-- Ed.)
