To our publishers and customers

[April 30, 2019] After almost 11 successful years in business, Patternfish will cease selling patterns on 31 May, 2019.

We will continue to make our customers' stashes accessible to them to the end of 30 June, 2019, in order to provide them with time to save their purchased patterns to their personal hard drives.

Thank you all so very much for your enthusiastic support over the years.  It has meant an enormous amount to us.

5473 Picot-Edged Sweater

Another style that never misses its mark, or ages, or dates. The 'poor boy' sweater is all about the fit, and ease-- that is to say, lack of ease (about 2" maximum is recommended). It is all about being body-conscious. This is a very sweet, simple example of it, with just the barest little concession to femininity-- the picot edging at the waist and cuffs. The hems are worked in the usual fashion and tacked down after the fact. Sleeve caps are high and proud; armholes are fully-fashioned; back neck is straight. Model shown in Happy 4 ply.
