09-03 Lisa's Prayer Shawl (Crochet)

Van Benschoten: "The idea of a prayer shawl is to create a garment with a repeatable pattern that doesn’t require a lot of focus. This way while crocheting, prayers, good thoughts and healing energy can be “fused” into the shawl to help the wearer heal--whatever the trouble may be!

"This prayer shawl has been made in honor of my friend Lisa, breast cancer survivor. Please note $2 from each purchase of this pattern will be donated to Casting For Recovery. For more information, go to http://www.castingforrecovery.org."

Gauge is 10sc and 12 rows = 4"/10cm on a USK/10.5/6.5mm hook. American crochet terminology.
