Tammy Eigeman Thompson
for woolen collectibles 2007
A wonderful pattern, rich with Eigeman Thompson's fresh views on cabling. Almost all of it is worked in the round. The body is done circularly to the underarms; sleeves are worked in the round next; then the body and sleeves are joined and worked as one piece, with raglan decreases shaping the yoke. The front neck shaping is done by simply putting some stitches on hold and working a few rows back and forth on the others, then returning to work in the round to finish it. Our only quibble is that the sizing doesn't reach adult XXXL.
