Simple Things

"I always like to have a simple project that's easy to carry with me and work on whenever I have a few spare moments," explains Hunter. "This project can be worked as either a scarf or a shawl-- the sample shown is the shawl. The pattern is easily learned and can be put down and picked up without losing your place. The picot edging on all four sides makes this garter stitch rectangle a sophisticated yet simple project." We are thrilled to see this yarn used for a project of this kind; they are perfectly suited to one another, and make a finished piece that is irresistibly attractive. Gauge given is over garter stitch.
