Cable Cape

A cape is a very convenient baby garment, somewhere between a blanket and a jacket. Just throw it around baby's shoulders, button, and you're good to go. No struggling with sleeves. This one is worked from the top down with increases worked into the cables. I tried charting the cables but they ended up looking more complicated than they really are, so the pattern is written.
Both sizes would fit for a while after the specified ages since the cape and hood are sized generously.
