N1168 Oversized Drop Waist Coat with 3/4 Sleeves
It's the textured knitting that makes this coat outstanding.
This garment is made from knits, purls and slipped stitches.
The construction is different and helps give the coat stability. You will begin by knitting the back belt sideways. Stitches are then picked up and knitted downwards towards the hem to form the skirt. Once again, stitches are picked up from the other side of the belt and knit upwards towards the neckline to form the bodice. Both fronts are knit in the same manner.
The cuffs for the sleeve are also knit sideways. Stitches are picked up from the side of the cuff and the sleeve is knit in the usual manner. Both of the front bands and the collar are created by picking up stitches.
