To our publishers and customers

[June 16, 2019] The site has now stopped selling patterns.

[April 30, 2019] After almost 11 successful years in business, Patternfish will cease selling patterns on 16 June, 2019.

We will continue to make our customers' stashes accessible to them to the end of 30 June, 2019, in order to provide them with time to save their purchased patterns to their personal hard drives.

Thank you all so very much for your enthusiastic support over the years.  It has meant an enormous amount to us.

Classic Elite Yarns

154 Cascade Pullover

The front-cable pullover is a timeless design that can be worn by either sex. This 1985 version has extra-roomy sleeves (a 12" or more drop from the dropped shoulders), but that's not a bad thing-- or you can adjust the sleeve slope without worrying about impacting the body of the garment, which is straight up and down on the sides. Cascade is no longer around, but happily either La Gran Mohair (if you like the fuzzy) or Montera (if you don't) should substitute perfectly well. For a crew neck, just make the turtleneck shorter.
