The Patricia Lane Pullover
This garment is a classic pullover decorated with a cable and eyelet stitch pattern. The stitch pattern is charted and written so knitters can use their preferred format. The ribbed border is integrated with the body stitch pattern. All sections are worked bottom up. The sleeve is a set in style. The neckband stitches are picked up and worked in the round.
The name Patricia Lane comes from Agatha Christie's "Hickory Dickory Dock" which is one of the novels in the Poirot series. Patricia Lane is a student residing at a hostel on Hickory Road where an outbreak of thefts and vandalism arouses Hercule Poirot's curiosity and engages his sleuthing skills.
