SRK 175 Empire Lace Cardi
This dainty cardi looks much more complicated than it really is. The moss stitch on the bodice is, of course, no more than a 1x1 rib offset every two rows. The vine lace for the 'skirt' is one of the simplest lace patterns going; only two pattern rows (every other row is purled), and those are exactly the same except for being offset by one stitch. The armholes are shaped with a view to the garment always being worn over something else (i.e., generously cut), but the 3/4 sleeves have a good high cap for a tailored look. Gauge given is over moss st.
