Ritzy

"Elegant, luxurious, stylish-- is there a single word to describe these? Ritzy!" says Frankel. "Knit in a round with DK weight yarn using a simple stitch pattern that creates great texture with those perfect looking gathers around the wrists. The pattern is written in two sizes to fit women's s/m and l." Note that the design is worked in the round to allow for the (dead simple) ruching technique that gathers the cuffs so prettily. And it shows off absolutely any style of yarn just beautifully.

Oh, it is st st-- it's just a matter of gathering the fabric attractively on the wrong side to make artful little folds. Easy and sensual-looking, not to mention extra-warm.
