4900H Twisted Cable Pullover

In which Klein takes a venerable cable panel and elongates the distance between the crossings. Then he sets them wide apart on a st st field (not a purl background)-- like bass notes for the fabric, if the sweater were a piece of music. The melody is the horizontal garter stitch Eclipse bands that run through the piece-- literally, a sparkling melody! This is a slip stitch pattern, so you only ever use one colour per row. Were it not for the alluring and feminine Eclipse, this could be a man's sweater; but with it, you are spitting just a little in the eye of the Old Boys' Club.
