1514-5 Annisquam Beret

"This little beret was inspired by a few of Peggy Norton’s prints, including Starfish and Small Fruit, both on view at the Cape Ann Museum in Gloucester, Massachusetts," says Farwell-Clay. "Knit a hat close to your head measurement, and adjust using the ribbon. The Fair Isle pattern on the casing band may be omitted by a knitter who is shy of stranding, but I would be the first person to tell you this is a perfect project to get your toes wet with color work, since there are only 7 rows involved."
