Marie Wallin

Surely the only thing better than a Rowan colour palette for the Pure Wool Worsted would be a chance to combine those colours in a ragg look. Here you go. Wallin has you cast on in one colour, singly, and work the welt; then join in a second colour, decrease across the first row, and carry on up the body. DIY tweed has never looked so elegant. (We also gloss over the 'easy' and 'fast', because the look is so chic that no one would guess that this is terribly easy or very fast-- but it is). This is one of those designs you'll knit from for years, just to change up the colours every year. Note that the gauge is given with the yarn used doubled.
