4485 Sweaters (birth - age 7)
In a quagmire of quirk, one pines for plain. Here are the simplest possible designs; since they cannot go 'out', future generations will cherish them as much as you do now. They are so classic that you can wear them jumping in mud puddles or to Sunday tea at Grandma's house and they look perfect all the time. They are an ideal frame on which to hang (and display) any style of yarn-- tweeds, neps, long or short variegates, embedded sequins or feathers, whatever. And they look perfect on boys or girls. Straight sides. Raglan sleeves with decreases done at the edge for no defined seamlines (or you can decrease one stitch in from the edge, as you prefer). People sometimes regret buying weird stuff, but no one will ever regret buying this.
