To our publishers and customers

[June 16, 2019] The site has now stopped selling patterns.

[April 30, 2019] After almost 11 successful years in business, Patternfish will cease selling patterns on 16 June, 2019.

We will continue to make our customers' stashes accessible to them to the end of 30 June, 2019, in order to provide them with time to save their purchased patterns to their personal hard drives.

Thank you all so very much for your enthusiastic support over the years.  It has meant an enormous amount to us.

for Tin Can Knits   2012

Hipster

Vancouver is full of hipsters; you know, tall guys in skinny jeans who have no bums, and ladies in with carefully mussed up hair, oversized glasses, and curious ill-fitting wool jackets that look like they’re from Salvation Army but are really from Banana Republic. And don’t overlook the odd mash-up of different prints, and carefully the coordinated yet clashing colours.

Here is the perfect knit for your favourite hipster: classic
but a tiny bit edgy and inside-out looking, to maintain
that ‘I don’t give a damn’ ethos. Hipster can be knit Aran
or DK weight yarn and is sized from proto-hipster baby to
‘I wish I was still a hipster’ Dad.

This design, as well as 15 more, is included in an E-book
Pacific Knits for $17.00 (U.S.)
