Crown Tee

This pattern is a part of my Sleeping Beauty collection. It is a lightweight little tee with a lace yoke inspired by a crown. The beauty and delicacy of the tee makes it fit for a princess. Despite looking distinctly complex and intricate, this sweater is worked at a loose gauge and knits up faster than it looks. If you have knit lace shawls before, the idea of nupps on a tee just might excite you as much as it has many other lace knitters. If you are a beginner at lace, you can always leave the nupps out, or add in beads instead. Should you prefer a less delicate sweater, try using your favorite sock yarn instead. As long as the fingering yarn works up at 24 stitches and 36 rows to 4 inches, the yarn will work.

Because the body is all stockinette, it is very easy to adjust the shaping to suit your own proportions.
