To our publishers and customers

[June 16, 2019] The site has now stopped selling patterns.

[April 30, 2019] After almost 11 successful years in business, Patternfish will cease selling patterns on 16 June, 2019.

We will continue to make our customers' stashes accessible to them to the end of 30 June, 2019, in order to provide them with time to save their purchased patterns to their personal hard drives.

Thank you all so very much for your enthusiastic support over the years.  It has meant an enormous amount to us.

4419 Cardigan, Bonnet and Shoes (2 preemie - age 3)

These are some of the purest, simplest, most austerely lovely baby garments we have ever seen. Stocking stitch is used throughout, with a bare minimum of garter to furnish uncurling edges. In all cases the wee edgings are knit separately and sewn on, so you have the option of making them plainer still. Raglan sleeves are the easiest style to put on and take off of a baby, so it makes perfect sense that they would feature in a pattern designed with delicate preemies in mind. These pieces would look wonderful in any of the different yarns shown below.
