for Black Water Abbey Yarns 2013
Choices is a modern swing style cardigan with knitted-in raglan sleeves. The body is knitted in one piece from the bottom up. There is virtually no finishing. Join new skeins of yarn with spit splices, but never at the front edges. The only finishing is weaving-in yarn ends at cast on and bind off edges. The reversible stitch pattern and seamless construction allow this garment to be worn with either side as the public side. All decreases are worked on the knit stitch side (WS) of the garment and increases are worked on the purl side (RS). Choices can be worn with either side as the public side, open with the front edges pleating and draping or with the front edges pulled across and secured with a purchased belt or shawl pin.
