1526 Sleeveless Funnel Neck Tunic

This design could have come from either a medieval manuscript or a science fiction movie-- it's that good and sound and timeless. And before you say "I'm too fat", you're not. Just choose your ease carefully; you may want a bit more. It's very slimming with, obviously, a gorgeous drape (the merino/silk singles yarn is knitted a little more loosely than usual). Worked top down, first in the round to the armhole openings, then divided for front and back and continued down in two pieces; you sew side seams when the knitting is done-- allowing for slits at the lower hem-- and that's basically it. Not only stunning on its own, but an accessorizer's dream.
