To our publishers and customers

[April 30, 2019] After almost 11 successful years in business, Patternfish will cease selling patterns on 31 May, 2019.

We will continue to make our customers' stashes accessible to them to the end of 30 June, 2019, in order to provide them with time to save their purchased patterns to their personal hard drives.

Thank you all so very much for your enthusiastic support over the years.  It has meant an enormous amount to us.

Kristin Nicholas

for Classic Elite Yarns   1988

243 Rib Stitch Pullover
WEB EXCLUSIVE

Nicholas must have exercised iron self-discipline to keep this all in one colour-- though we bet it was bright teal or a burnt orange. Everyone needs sweaters like this: sensible, go-anywhere, casual but polished. The only shaping is in the front neck; all else is straight lines for ease of assembly. The Cartridge Belt Rib stitch used here is only over two rows and uses slipped stitches. Cambridge is no longer available, but Classic Elite's Renaissance or Four Seasons should substitute very well.
