To our publishers and customers

[June 16, 2019] The site has now stopped selling patterns.

[April 30, 2019] After almost 11 successful years in business, Patternfish will cease selling patterns on 16 June, 2019.

We will continue to make our customers' stashes accessible to them to the end of 30 June, 2019, in order to provide them with time to save their purchased patterns to their personal hard drives.

Thank you all so very much for your enthusiastic support over the years.  It has meant an enormous amount to us.

FKD-SiT Sitting In Trees

Working knit stitches through the back loops makes the leaf pattern pop from the reverse stockinette background.

I knit my mitts using a gauge of 4.5 stitches per inch in the twisted seed stitch rib. This gave me an 8 inch palm following the smaller size. You can easily change the size of your finished mitts by varying yarn weight and gauge. The table included in the pattern lists stitches per inch, cast on number, and finished palm size.

(One of the rare patterned mitts that suits men as well as women-- Ed.)

Pattern includes line by line written instruction and full charts.
