130-16 Rugged Sweater

Look how the welt ribbing flows into the design. Look how the ribbing extends straight down from the neck through the saddle shoulder right down to the cuff. The combination of cabling and stitch patterning here is marvellous; it takes traditional elements and transforms them into a perfectly Gallic outlook on sweaterdom. Anyone would look longer, leaner wearing this garment-- and of course very sophisticated and European, too. If substituting Sport for the Premiere, please be advised that you should purchase one more skein for each size than the pattern recommends.
