368 Bobble Striped Pullover

One could argue about whether the madcap bobbles place this squarely in its era-- 1993-- but they're fun and whimsical, and the actual drop shoulder shape never loses its casual appeal. The rolled hems at the hip and cuffs are the simplest kind to make, and if you're just looking to make an easy striped sweater with slightly shaped shoulders and back neck, you'd have to go far to beat this. Here is another example of bobbles equalling female; without them, this is a great guy's sweater too. (Heritage is the same yarn as Candide sold under another name-- Ed.)
