Mitred and Modular Cowl
Starting from just one module and building from it, you create a flat fabric that is then seamed into a cowl.
Mitred is the ultimate in potato chip knitting, you just can't knit one. Modular means minimal seaming; each square is picked up and knit from the square before.
A great way to use up scraps of sock yarn or heavier yarns if you want a larger or heavier weight cowl.
