3983 Shawls/Baby Blankets in 3 ply, 4 ply, and DK
WEB EXCLUSIVE

Curse the language discrepancies that divide North America from Britain! These are intended as baby blankets, though you could certainly wear them as shawls yourself. Snuggly 3 ply is no longer available, though the small difference in gauge between it and the Snuggly 4 ply makes that rather moot. The centre section is made in four pieces which are then sewn together; the edging is knitted separately, then sewn on. All instructions are written out row by row where needed (and it's needed a lot). A spectacular pattern, born to display your patience and skill almost as much as to display a fresh baby.
