It's a cloudless and unseasonably warm bright Saturday, and we just posted our 5,000th pattern-- a stunner courtesy of Classic Elite Yarns.
We are still reeling from all this. 5,000? Doesn't that make us just about the largest all-access, pay-only knitting/crochet pattern store on the entire Internet? What happened?
Thanks, everybody. Thanks to all our publishers (207 as I write this); all our customers; all our friends and well-wishers, and in fact all knitters and crocheters in general, everywhere. And thanks to Minister of Technology Phil, and Chancellor Shannon, and Special Guest Star Greg, for all their unsung (and hey, some sung too) contributions. And we're looking forward to publishing many, many more of the best knitting patterns you can buy online.
What a milestone! Well done Julia, Shannon, Phil and Greg! Congratulation to you all for building this magnificent internet space.

Yes, congratulations and thank you for letting me play too. You were right to pester me, but then you knew that, didn't you? Hugs! Laura B
Yippee!
Filling the world with happy knitters, one project at a time...
(Or twelve at a time, if my own wish list is any indication!)
Bravo and kudos to all of you-
The knitting/crocheting universe is a better place for having you all in it, working hard.

Congratulations to whole team. Julia's special brand of gentle but insistent persuasion to submit designs has made this possible. I suspect that Patternfish has changed the world of pattern supply for ever. This benefits so many: Designers, giving them a realistic price for their work and access to world market. Knitters, seeking the perfect pattern can be specific in their search and have access to up to the minute edited patterns archived for them. Yarn shop owners will be able to reduce their paper pattern inventory (always a nightmare to store and access) and will have enthusiastic customers looking for the perfect yarn for all these tempting designs. The planet too, will come out ahead, as we no longer need to truck paper across the globe. Well done!
