Among the many virtues of this charming design is that there are no separate sleeves-- there's a front and a back, but the almost kimono-style sleeves are made as part of them. So there's a seam at the top of the sleeve, from the shoulder to the cuff, and then a regular side and sleeve seam under the arm-- but no setting-in, thank goodness. Cuffs are picked up and ribbed out. The back is the same as the front with no neck shaping. The scheme works brilliantly with a long-repeat colourway, as you can see, and the piece is as versatile as it is pleasing. The instructions are only a page and a half, and the print is very big.
