Look at this gorgeous piece-- the sweater, not the guy. It manages to combine the best features of raglan sleeves (easy on and off) and saddle shoulders (the wonderful cable panel running up the sleeves to the neck gives that impression). There's a twisted stitch rib throughout, and the centres of the diamond cables are embellished with them as well. (Only the knit sts on the RS of the work are twisted.)
