Really some of the easiest cold-weather pieces around, both to make and wear. And because the designer is Payson, they look great too. The coat has modified drop shoulders (so the armholes are indented once) and a flattering funnel collar; we love the sleeve length (the better to show off those fingerless gauntlets you're going to make!), and of course if you preferred, you could leave out the garter ridges at the waist and just have the piece flow down in pure stockinette. Garter cowl and slippers are knit flat and seamed.
