Zelt explains her lovely pattern this way: "'Baby's breath can't be a favorite flower,' I often teased my mother-in-law. 'It's filler.' One day, I found myself in what seemed like interminable traffic, holding a bouquet comprised solely of those delicate little blooms. It was only then that I had time to see their intricacies. It struck me at that moment that Gypsophilia (baby's breath) was a lot like her, quiet and constant, an understated beauty." And these socks mirror that image.
