A fantastic, flattering cardigan, brilliant in concept and pretty simple in execution. The body is made in one piece, from the right to the left front; underarms are indented sharply once, for a peasant-style (modified drop) shoulder, but sleeve caps are very high and fully defined. The wonderful textured stripe patterning supports any kind of yarn: short or long variegates, tweeds, marls, scraps, oddments, or almost any combination of them. Neither original yarn is still available, but if you get gauge with your own choices, this could be an infinitely variable showpiece. Design 21 from Tahki's Spring/Summer 2007 book.
