82172 Eyelet Cardigan
WEB EXCLUSIVE

As soft and delicately interesting as the baby who wears it. Quick to make, too-- you never work on more than 50 stitches at a time, no matter what the size. The back neck is kindly shaped; the shoulders are a straight drop. The ties are wee garter stitch strips. This is a splendid introduction to easy lacework, and will inevitably teach the curious baby how to undo ties.

Wrong Way Purl

There is a misprint on line nine of the chart: first stitch in the 6 st repeat should be knit, not k2tog. If followed as printed, pattern decreases.
