Emma Socks

"The pattern on these socks was designed to look like stained glass windows," says Waters. "They are named after a friend of mine who has the healthiest and strongest relationship with God of anyone I know." Here all the elements work together to reinforce the celestial theme: you can sense the leading of the windows in the colourway, the light jewels, and all the delicate tracery of the art in these socks. For the main pattern, almost all of the knit stitches are twisted. The charts are large and clear, with no written-out instructions.
